Did you miss our January 2022 Cooking Demonstration by Chef Mario Mangone, owner of Chambers Walk Cafe in Lawrenceville, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America? Last year, Chef Mario taught us to prepare a three course meal -- a balsamic vinaigrette, pan seared salmon with lemon orzo and steamed broccoli, and a flourless chocolate cake -- and shared tons of cooking tips.
