Author in Residence (annual)
Each year the HVEF partners with the PTOs of the schools in the HVRSD to provide the funds necessary to bring an author to the district schools.
Distinguished Graduates Awards (annual)

Each year Hopewell Valley Central High School recognizes several former students who are notable in some way. They range from scientists to musicians to athletes to politicians. A generous donation from the Maida Foundation, funded through the HVEF, sponsors a dinner to recognize each year’s winners.
